Sum $=$ zero vector. Sum $=-2: 00$ vector $=8: 00$ vector. $2: 00$ is $30^{\circ}$ from horizontal $=\left(\cos \frac{\pi}{6}, \sin \frac{\pi}{6}\right)=(\sqrt{3} / 2,1 / 2) .$
