$R = \frac{1}{2} [\begin{matrix} \sqrt{2} & - \sqrt{2} \\ \sqrt{2} & \sqrt{2} \end{matrix}]$ rotates all vectors by $4 5^{∘}$ . The columns of $R$ are the results from rotating $(1, 0)$ and $(0, 1)!$
