(a): If $A x_{1} = b$ and $A x_{2} = b$ then $x_{1} - x_{2}$ and also $x = 0$ solve $Ax = 0$
(b): $A (2 x_{1} - 2 x_{2}) = 0, A (2 x_{1} - x_{2}) = b$
