The plane is the nullspace of $A = [\begin{matrix} 1 & 2 & - 3 & - 1 \end{matrix}]$ . Three free variables give three independent solutions $(x, y, z, t) = (2, - 1, 0, 0)$ and $(3, 0, 1, 0)$ and $(1, 0, 0, 1)$ . Combinations of those special solutions give more solutions (all solutions).
