The subspaces for $A=u{v}^T$ are pairs of orthogonal lines ( $v$ and $v^{\text{⊥}},u$ and $u^{\text{⊥}}$ ). If $B$ has those same four subspaces then $B=\mathit{cA}$ with $c\ne 0$.
