For example 4, as we increase $N$ , the whole data is split into two parts for $N = 1$ , and the split increases, until about 4-5 splits when $N = 8$ . However, with just 1 layer, and maximum 8 neurons on the website, it’s impossible to classify the example 4 data points successfully.
