Counting and conducting MLE on $p(\mathbf{\text{𝐝}})$ is of complexity $𝒪(|\text{d}|)$. For each disease, it costs $𝒪(|{\mathbf{\text{𝐟}}}^{-}|)$ to MLE all corresponding symptoms. Hitherto we have completed the proof.
