It would be m. Since the range of A is a subspace with dimension m in 𝔽m, we know that LA(𝔽n) = 𝔽. Similarly we also have that LB(𝔽p) = 𝔽n. So we know that

LAB(𝔽p) = L A(LB(𝔽p)) = 𝔽m

and hence the rank of AB is m.
