A $1$ -linear function is actually a linear function. We can deduce that

δ (\begin{matrix} x \end{matrix}) = xδ (\begin{matrix} 1 \end{matrix}) = ax,

where $a$ is defined by $(\begin{matrix} 1 \end{matrix})$ . So all the functions must be in the form $δ (\begin{matrix} x \end{matrix}) = ax$ .
