We consider the regions of $f$ which are ’+’ here. From the top ’+’ region, we have ${\bar{h}}_{1} h_{2} h_{3}$ , from the bottom left ’+’ region, we have $h_{1} h_{2} {\bar{h}}_{3}$ and from the bottom right region, we have $h_{1} {\bar{h}}_{2} h_{3}$ . If either of them are True, then $f$ is True.

f = {\bar{h}}_{1} h_{2} h_{3} + h_{1} h_{2} {\bar{h}}_{3} + h_{1} {\bar{h}}_{2} h_{3} .
